Harbor Fest Mission
To operate one or more music events in the greater Racine community in order to benefit the community, promote community pride and tourism.
Harbor Fest Inc. is 501c3, non-profit organization founded in 1984 to host and support events in Racine County. Its primary task is the production of the annual summer music festival, Harbor Fest. Harbor Fest Inc. is directed by a volunteer board which enlists the support of many local service organizations to provide manpower to staff its events. Harbor Fest Inc. has generated in excess of $12,000 annually for those organizations.
